Film: A souvenir to keep

Step into the past as we explore a family’s trip to Mauritius in 1993. This story is about family, the beautiful landscape, moments of sadness, and new beginnings.

We get to see it all through the camera lens of her late father Soopramanien Tirvengadum. Sabrina and her partner, Mark Allred, rediscovered his footage and brought it back to life.

I breathe life into my ancestors’ stories and pay homage to their existence.
